Crowley allows himself a lazy smile at the angel's touch. There's something delightfully domestic about this, about just being two people on holiday together, getting a little wine drunk on a long flight to Japan. What would it be like, Crowley wonders, if they were just two humans? Just two human men, enjoying their time together? If they could just have one life like this? Nah, what they have had is fantastic, and it took 6000 years to get there. A short human life would never have been enough.
