It's something different to be intimate. Fucking, for what it is, is something that humans do and they do regularly. But this? What they're doing? It's different---at least to Crowley. He's never been with someone he loved. He's never loved anyone but Aziraphale. And he's feeling Aziraphale's feelings, feeling them muddle and brighten with his movements. Humans don't have that connection between them.
